Figure Out Your Energy Management
If you have low energy, you’re not going to get as much done. Even if you have certain tasks scheduled, you may not get all of them done unless you have the energy to do it. You need to figure out what you need to manage your energy, not your time. Remember that you need to take the time to take care of yourself. You’re no good to anyone unless you are in top shape!
