Forgiveness is Difficult
You might still be feeling angry or guilty, but forgiveness will free you. Forgiving ourselves is the hardest type of forgiveness. But if you can accept what happened and forgive yourself, you’ll free yourself from the past. Accept that you were doing the best you could, even though your best wasn’t very good. It’s so powerful to forgive yourself.
