Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time
Managing time can be impossible if you don’t have the energy to do what you need to get done. But if you manage your energy instead of your time, you’re going to be more productive. And sometimes you need help to focus. So figure out what helps you focus. And remember to refuel yourself, or you’ll get nothing done.
