You Have a Choice
What if reality wasn’t fixed — but filtered through your own choices?
In this episode of Morning Motivation, we break down how your brain constructs the world around you and how you can shift your focus to create a reality of progress, possibility, and enoughness. This isn’t wishful thinking — it’s neural patterning. When you change the way you perceive, you change the way you live.
🗓️ Morning Motivation is a daily podcast that helps you step into each day with clarity, courage, and conscious choice — one thought at a time.

You have a choice in what version of the story you choose to live in. Everything we see. Is a form of hallucination. Your brain doesn't actually see, hear, or perceive anything. It simply receives signals from your sensory organs, which it then interprets to mean things. But most of the things you stress out about, you cannot see, hear, smell, touch, or taste.
You conclude them. You intuit them. That person's angry at me. I'm gonna lose my job. I don't have enough clients. I don't have enough money. How do you know you don't have enough money? Because your eyes see some numbers or really some shapes that your brain interprets to be numbers and then further interprets to be not big enough.
That's a conclusion, but is it reality? Yes. No. Maybe you have a choice of how you're going to parse the information that your sensory organs bring into your brain. Bring into your central processing unit. So what are you going to choose to perceive? What reality are you going to choose to live in? Would you like to choose to live in the one where you are struggling, where you don't have enough, where you don't have the resources you need?
You're not smart enough, you're not. Popular enough, you're not fast enough, you're not tall enough, or would you like to choose to live in the reality where you have everything you need? Would you like to choose to live in the reality where things are going the way you want them to, and you have what you need?
A crazy thing happens when you start to live in that reality. I don't mean be delusional, I don't mean spend like a millionaire when you're struggling from moment to moment, but I mean, simply perceive that you have enough, that you have enough friends, that you have enough money, food, shelter, security, whatever it might be, perceive that you have enough and this crazy thing's gonna happen.
It is going to become true because reality can't deal with that paradox of you believing one thing and it being another way. That's what manifestation is. It's shifting your energetic state and then telling reality, Hey buddy, catch up. I'm over here now. You get to choose how you're going to perceive your world.
So why would you choose to perceive the world where you don't have enough? Where you are in lack, where you're suffering, when you could choose to perceive the world, where you have enough, where things are going well, where you are the hero of your story, you have a choice. Which choice are you going to make?
