When you were chosen, your every flaw was known. Your every foible, your every weakness, your every gap, and lack. And in spite of that, you were given your calling and your mission because not only were your weaknesses known, but your strengths were known. Everything that makes you great and everything that makes you powerful.
Was known. Sometimes we believe that we are not good enough, like a mistake was made, like we're going to be found out in our weakness. But God already knows every weakness you have and still chose You. Still selected you. For the great mission, you are called for whatever that may be. You are called for it, so you have no need to doubt if you are good enough or you are ready because God would've not chosen you if you were not the right person.
You have the gifts, you have the power, you have the talents, you have everything you need. To do what God needs you to do. Everything you need to go forward and make the difference you are meant to make. Maybe you are meant to stand before millions and change nations, and maybe you are meant to change one single life.
Whether your calling is grand or modest, it is equally important in God's eyes. Your calling is your calling that you are given because it is what needs to happen. It is why you were placed on this Earth to do what you were meant to do. When you are given every single tool you need to do it. Maybe you still have to learn.
Maybe you still have to grow. Maybe you have to build into becoming the person who will do this thing, and you have everything you need to do that. Your calling is to become the person who can achieve your calling. We are always growing. There is a word for people who are not learning and growing. That word is dead.
If you are alive, then you are always learning and growing and becoming, becoming more and more. Able to achieve the mission you are given. So do not fear, do not fret. Do not worry about what you do not have, because what you have is everything you could ever possibly need.
